Customer Perspective Must Change to Transform the Insurance Industry

The insurance sector has a critical economic and social significance all over the world, and technological developments contribute to significant changes in its asset size. In fact, the insurance asset of Turkey increased by 21.6% compared to the same period of the previous year.

Insurtechs are the reflection of technology and innovation. It is expected to play a critical role in the digital transformation of the industry. According to Startups.watch, $1.2 billion was invested in insurtechs worldwide in 2019.

Technology’s benefits are undeniable but to win the customers, it should be backed up with a customer-responsive and interaction-oriented service, or else, it will be put to waste.
