If you’re married, you probably already have an idea why they have the so-called “women instincts”.
Kidding aside, without any stereotyping and gender bias – we need to check and respect every unique view whether from men or women. As insurers, we shouldn’t live by black-and-white judgments rather look into different shades of grey or color.
I personally take this advice asking my wife when my views are in grey and often I got clearer insights. And I need to admit: mostly I things were clearer by adding another perspective.
