A party after killing a project? Why not?
We had a large investment project to develop computer games that we all know is stressful because of its complicated process and erratic customer change. It failed, so we had to kill it and do the standard process, which involves giving a party to the team.
Throwing parties is our way of keeping the team motivated and ready to start a project anew. Moreso, accepting our defeat because of external factors that affected our project is worth a celebration. 🥳 What do you think?
