I shared Amazon’s famous disruption in my keynote speech at Keylane last year. Weird as it may sound, but it is one of Amazon’s greatest move as an e-commerce platform. Disrupting your competitors is not different, but being able to disrupt yourself is a clear indication that you acknowledge your weaknesses and know what to do about it.
